During the second year of my degree, I created a short film of landscape artist, Eva Ullrich for a day project. Eva's paintings resemble the essence and beauty of nature. It was a real honour to view Eva’s work in the flesh and to learn about the inspiration behind her incredible paintings.

Eva’s advice back then was not only helpful during my degree but more prominent now for creatives entering the industry during a global pandemic -

“The more you make and the more you create, you find your own voice.”

“Stay open, observe what you’re doing and really see where your strengths are because it might not be where you thought it was.”

Thank you Eva for your wise words of wisdom and for being so welcoming in your studio. It was a really inspiring experience.
