During the second year of my degree, I created a short film of Eva Ullrich for a quick university project. Eva is a landscape artist who’s paintings resemble the essence and beauty of nature. It was a real honour to view Eva’s work in the flesh and to learn about the inspiration behind her incredible paintings.
Eva’s advice back then was not only helpful during the course my degree but more prominent now for creatives entering the industry during a global pandemic -
“The more you make and the more you create, you find your own voice.”
“Stay open, observe what you’re doing and really see where your strengths are because it might not be where you thought it was.”
Thank you to Eva for your wise words of wisdom and for welcoming us into your studio to view your amazing work, it was a memorable experience to be a part of!
